The Gang’s All Here

Here’s our cute little feathered friend.

I was on a really long phone call at work and sometimes this is the best way to keep myself entertained. That night we didn’t take any other pictures so we were stuck with a selfie.

Does anyone know what April 24th is? I didn’t either and apparently no one at my office did. It’s executive assistant day. (It’s weird if you did know that). My boss realized after the fact and got me a belated executive assistant gift, isn’t that nice?
Speaking of, Doug- how were those chocolate covered pretzels? They sure looked good….   haha

Here’s the spring rendition of our tree out front. Most of our neighborhood (and city, at that) is covered with beautiful pink blossoming trees. I don’t know if I just never noticed them before or didn’t commit them to memory but they are absolutely gorgeous (not so much this one in particular but the bright pink ones that smell delicious. Not that I don’t like these blossoms, because I do.)

Friday night date night was not only with Britt and Casey but we got little Tucker too! Seriously people, is this thing even real? Look at that face! The night was hilarious because we had 4 humans, 2 cats, 1 dog and a bird all hanging out watching a movie. It was very….cuddly.

Oh and I thought this was funny, us three all ordered the exact same dinner: Yakisoba. Doug had to take the picture because he ordered salmon.

I got the little guys some “pet grass” aka wheat grass that costs an arm and a leg. They loved it.
