We just invested in a pizza stone that arrived in the mail today. We decided to celebrate by making pizza and watching Harry Potter #6 (we’ve got to prepare for the big premier next week!) The pizza turned out so good and I would highly recommend getting a pizza stone if you haven’t already.

We are getting geared up for the last Harry Potter too, we are only on number 2 tho…but we should have a Potter Party! And that is brilliant to buy a pizza stone.
I had NO idea you guys had a blog! I can’t believe this. We are huge pizza stone fans mostly because I am a pizza fanatic. We found that our pizza is best when we let the stone warm up in a hot oven (500 degrees) for 45 minutes. Now off to get caught up on the Websters!
Glad you found us! And thanks for the tips, I think I had my oven at 475* for this one and preheated the stone, but might try it a little hotter. Do you guys have a pizza peel? We don’t and it was a bit of a mess getting the pizza onto the hot stone, ended up turning into a weird shape. That’s why I had to take a close up picture because it no longer resembled a round pizza.
It’s all about the pizza stone. In the Marcum household, Thursday night is pizza night. We should exchange some recipes because your pizza looks bombay.
Um, yes please! You guys cooked pizza for us and it was incredible! I like the weekly tradition idea, I might start the same.
